Hello and welcome to my online graduate leadership portfolio and final leadership project. My name is Mags Saucedo and I hope you enjoy clicking through my journey of graduate school at Gonzaga University from 2022 to 2024 in the School of Leadership Studies.

Within this website, you will learn more about me, my reflections, studies, and artifacts (projects/lessons) I have developed. Along with my final capstone project to earn my master’s degree in Organizational Leadership.

As you will soon see, everything within this leadership portfolio are items I’ve gathered along my journey before I even thought graduate school was possible. I would like to thank all of the people who have supported my journey especially my family, friends, and professors at ASU and Gonzaga University, the beautiful music I’ve listened to throughout my life, and the books, articles and websites I continually gathered quotes from, and last but not least God for being the constant source of guidance and who was and is always willing to talk to me and listen. Knowing the answer has always been within me. Leadership truly is a journey and not a destination.
